Don’t Hang Up!

The Public Library May be Calling You!
Telephone research interviews to gather information that will shape EPL strategic plan

The Englewood Public Library is sponsoring a telephone survey beginning April 29th to gather information about how the Library can best serve the residents of Englewood and Englewood Cliffs.

The telephone interviews will be conducted through a random selection of 300 households. Residents 18 years or older are eligible to take part in the interview process, which will take approximately 12 minutes.

The telephone survey is part of a larger initiative spearheaded by the Englewood Public Library to create a vision for the future delivery of public library service. The surveys will be conducted by Ivy Library, a division of The Ivy Group, which is assisting the Library in developing its strategic plan. The telephone surveys will gather information to help the Library Board of Trustees and staff understand what programs and services community residents want at their public library in the future.

If your household is one of the 300 randomly selected to participate, please take a few moments of your time to share your opinions and ides about our Library.
